Economy Toolkit Session, with the Bank of England (Manchester)
Come and meet senior members of the Bank of England and join in with the discussion on what the economy means to you!
The Post-Crash Economics Society in partnership with Economy, Rethinking Economics, and the Bank of England will host a toolkit and workshop session. The session will be focussed around hearing your thoughts on how economics impacts your life and understanding how the Bank of England takes action in our economy.
No prior education in economics is necessary as the event is focussed on making the economy and the Bank of England’s work more accessible to you.
The event will be supervised by senior members of the Bank of England, and will feed in via online stream to the main event at the University of Liverpool which is hosting the Governor of the Bank of England, Mark Carney.
Please register early for the session is only being run for a small number of people.
Once applications are in, participants will be selected by ballot and informed. If you do not hear back from us, that means you have been unsuccessful at securing a place.
All workshop materials, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided on the day.
