One of our newest member groups, started by our trustee Ben Glover, can be found within the UK’s Government. ‘Exploring Economics’ are hosting events aimed to make economics more accessible for civil servants who haven’t studied economics. They are also changing the way government economists are being educated…

“Exploring Economics and the GES (Government Economic Service) are explicitly building in greater diversity of economic perspectives into the training curriculum for government economists, through a series of new modules. These will encourage economists to learn about and discuss new and alternative economic approaches and apply these to questions of policy.”
